Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate, supervise, and monitor the implementation of government programs and policies at the sub-county level.
2. Provide administrative leadership to ensure efficient service delivery in the sub-county.
3. Supervise and appraise the performance of all staff under the sub-county administration.
4. Mobilize resources for the development and management of the sub-county.
5. Prepare and submit regular reports on sub-county activities to the Chief Administrative Officer.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A degree in Public Administration, Development Studies, or Social Sciences from a recognized institution.
2. At least 3 years of experience in public service or local government administration.
3. Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
4. Good knowledge of government systems and local governance policies.
