About the job

The Sub-agent seeks for interested customers to Mkopa products and refers them direct to the company's DSR for completing the sale.

Roles:
You shall be in charge of teaching and prospecting in the field to get new customers.
You shall be paid for referrals you bring to the DSR.(Referral System)
Each contact you submit in after educating them you shall be paid as follows.

1) 5k (HOT Customers) - ready to buy within 1 days.
2) 3k (WARM Customers)- willing to buy within 2 days.
3) 1k (COLD Customers)- willing to buy in a week(s) time.

Note: If the DSR closes a sale with you in place then you get half of the commission instantly.

Requirements:

You need to be having a village ID or LC 1 chairperson recommendation letter.

National ID/passport/Driver's Licence is another great advantage

A smartphone for easy accessibility with your DSR.
