Company Overview

Vaal Real Estate Uganda Limited is a prominent real estate development company.

Responsibilities

• Review/validate structural designs, calculations, drawings for code/safety compliance.
• Provide structural input during concept and detailed design stages.
• Coordinate with architects, project managers, quantity surveyors, contractors.
• Conduct site inspections to monitor structural works and compliance.
• Identify/resolve structural issues during construction; provide technical solutions.
• Review contractor submissions (shop drawings, method statements, material specs).
• Ensure compliance with local building regulations and engineering best practices.
• Support value engineering to optimise structural systems and reduce costs.
• Assess structural risks and recommend mitigation measures.
• Prepare technical reports, site inspection findings, compliance updates.
• Participate in project coordination meetings on structural matters.
• Ensure structural integrity across all developments from foundation to completion.
