Role Overview
The Strategic Partnerships & Alliance Manager will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing strategic alliances and partnerships that align with the company's growth objectives. This role is ideal for a versatile professional who thrives in cross-functional roles, enjoys creating synergistic relationships, and can navigate both structured and ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify, evaluate, and establish strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market presence and capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams—sales, marketing, product development, and executive leadership—to align goals and ensure successful execution.
• Act as the primary liaison between the company and its partners, ensuring clear communication, mutual value creation, and ongoing relationship management.
• Develop and present business cases for proposed partnerships, including opportunity sizing, risk assessment, and expected outcomes.
• Negotiate agreements and manage contracts with alliance partners.
• Monitor the health and performance of partnerships and drive continuous improvement and innovation in collaborations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree is a plus.
Details of experience
• 5+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or alliance management in the tech industry.
• Demonstrated experience across multiple business functions (e.g., sales, marketing, product development).
