offering tailored services including manned guarding, electronic security systems, alarm response,

G4S is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our
team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,
nurturing client relationships, and promoting our security services to achieve sales targets.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of Manned Guarding, Electronic
Security Systems, CCTV/ Access Control/ Intruder Alarms with experience of the Fire & Security industry. The key focus of this role is to develop key strategic relationships, achieve sales targets and grow G4S Services.
The successful candidate will be expected to achieve and exceed sales targets in line with the
business strategy and individual targets whilst nurturing strong, professional and credible working
relationships with the customer base.
Minimum Requirements;
▪ A Uganda Citizen or Permanent Resident, with a Valid Ugandan National ID.
▪ The ideal candidate should preferably have completed a Degree/Diploma in any field.
▪ Previous experience in sales, preferably in the security industry or related field is an added
advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
▪ Proactively generate leads and build a pipeline of potential clients in target sectors.
▪ Conduct client presentations and demonstrations of our security solutions.
▪ Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
▪ Prepare and deliver compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations.
▪ Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
▪ Work closely with operational teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
▪ Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets.

▪ Highly analytical and able to produce structured proposals.
▪ Good communicator in both written and spoken English.

growth for the company.
▪ Ability to negotiate terms, pricing and close contracts with clients to reach mutual
agreements.
▪ Possess the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced organization.
▪ Highly confident, assertive and efficient character, able to drive stakeholders for quality of service.
