About Organisation:
Mom Easy Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer and distributor of baby items & kid items. We carry over more than 300 items in categories of baby and kid products. The products we market range from baby feeding bottle, baby cup, baby bath tub to kids back-school items, for those babies / kids from 0+ month to 12 years. Our products come directly from our own factory Ideal Houseware Co., Ltd. to our clients without any broker.
Job Summary: The Stores and Delivery Assistant will be responsible for receiving, storing, packing, issuing, and delivering goods while maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring excellent customer service during deliveries.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods and supplies.
- Organize and store inventory in designated locations.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch.
- Deliver goods and supplies safely and on time.
- Maintain accurate records of stock movements and deliveries.
- Conduct routine stock counts and report inventory discrepancies.
- Ensure proper handling and storage of products to prevent damage or loss.
- Load and unload goods safely and efficiently.
- Obtain proof of delivery.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store area.
- Adhere to company policies, safety procedures and regulations.
- Support other operational activities as assigned by management.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) or equivalent.
- Certificate or Diploma in Stores Management, Logistics, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related field is an added advantage.
- At least one (1) year of experience in stores, warehouse, logistics, or delivery operations is preferred.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- High level of integrity and accountability.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record keeping.
- Physical ability to lift and move goods when required.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
