JOB DETAILS:
Key Result Areas:
• Oversee and manage all stock-related operations, ensuring accurate stock levels and proper storage.
• Supervise stock team to ensure timely and accurate stock receiving, organization, and stocking.

• Monitor product stock levels and communicate with the store manager for reorders or stock adjustments.
• Ensure stock rotation is done regularly to maintain freshness and minimize product obsolescence.

• Conduct regular stock checks and audits to ensure inventory accuracy.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure products are readily available on the sales floor. Organize and maintain the stockroom to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient storage space.

• Assist in the preparation and execution of seasonal and promotional stock setups.

• Train and supervise stock team members, ensuring adherence to stock management procedures.
• Address and resolve any discrepancies or issues related to stock counts or product availability.
• Any other duties assigned by the Outlet Sales Manager

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• Higher Diploma or bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration or any other related field.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience is required
