Key Responsibilities
• Quality Inspection: Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure all products meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulations.
• Welding Inspection: Inspect welding operations to ensure all welds meet the required quality standards, specifications, and regulations.

• Cutting/Drilling Inspection: Inspect cutting and drilling operations to ensure all components are accurately cut and drilled.
• Surface Preparation Inspection: Inspect surface preparation operations to ensure all surfaces are properly cleaned, blasted, and primed.

• Painting Inspection: Inspect painting operations to ensure all components are properly painted and coated.

• Marking and Packaging Inspection: Inspect marking and packaging operations to ensure all components are properly marked and packaged.

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and certification documents.
• Corrective Action: Identify and implement corrective actions to address any quality control issues or defects.
• Training and Development: Provide training and guidance to production staff on quality control procedures and best practices.
