SUPPLY OF LUBRICANTS UNDER FRAMEWORK ARRANGEMENT PROCUREMENT REFERENCE NO: URC/SUPLS/2025-26/00081

1. The Uganda Railways Corporation has allocated funds to be used for the Acquisition of lubricants under a framework contract for 1 year.

2. The Entity invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Procurement mentioned above as detailed below.

3. Bidding will be conducted in accordance with the Open Domestic Bidding, a procedure contained in the Public Procurement and Disposal of Public Assets CAP, 205, and is open to all bidders.

4. Interested eligible bidders may obtain further information and inspect the bidding document at the address given below starting on February 24, 7(a) from 09:00am to 04:00 pm on working days.

5. The Bidding Documents in English may be purchased by interested bidders on the submission of a written application to the address below and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of UGX: 100,000/- (Uganda Shilling One Hundred Thousand Only). The method of payment will be CASH payable to the Chief Cashier, Room No. First Floor, Headquarters Building, Plot 37, Nasser Road, Kampala, Uganda. The payment receipt issued by the Chief Cashier will be presented to the Procurement & Disposal Unit at the address indicated in 7(a) below to obtain the bidding documents.

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below at 7(a) before 11:00 am on 12/11/2025.

Late bids shall be rejected. Bids will be opened in the presence of the bidder’s representatives who may choose to attend at the address below at 7(b) at 11:30a.m on 12/11/2025.
