• Job Summary:
  The Staff Surveyor will be responsible for land surveying and mapping projects within the district. The officer will ensure that all land-related measurements and boundaries are accurately recorded for planning, development, and legal purposes.
• Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct land surveys for both private and government projects.
  • Prepare accurate maps and reports related to land surveys.
  • Provide technical advice and expertise on land use and land tenure issues.
  • Assist in the development of land use plans and zoning regulations.
  • Ensure that all surveying work complies with national and local land laws.
  • Train other staff in surveying techniques and equipment use.

• Applications are invited from suitably qualified persons to fill the under listed vacant posts that exist in the Service of Kole District Local Government. Applications to be submitted in triplicate on PSC form 3 (Revised 2008) to the Secretary, Kole District Service Commission, P.O Box 419, Lira, Uganda.
