We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to oversee our brand’s online presence across multiple social platforms. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing content strategies, managing social media campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about social media trends, skilled in content creation, and eager to build and engage our online community.

Responsibilities

Content Creation & Strategy:

    • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company’s goals.
    • Create, curate, and manage content across multiple platforms (e.g., Facebook,
    • Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
    • Design visually appealing and engaging posts using tools like Canva, Photoshop, or
    • other content creation platforms.
    • Write compelling captions, headlines, and calls to action that resonate with our target
    • audience.

Community Engagement:

    • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and interactions on social media
    • platforms.
    • Foster a positive and engaged online community by interacting with followers and
    • potential customers.
    • Build relationships with influencers, brand advocates, and other relevant social media
    • figures to increase reach.
    • Campaigns & Advertising:
    • Plan and execute paid social media campaigns (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
    • Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to meet key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure consistency in messaging and
    • promotions.
Influencer marketing courses

Analytics & Reporting:

  • Track social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, clicks, conversions, etc.).
  • Analyze trends and insights to optimize social media campaigns and strategy.
  • Prepare and present monthly reports on social media activities and results

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or business.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) is an added advantage.
