We are looking for a dynamic and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and help us bring our brand’s story to life across all digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Develop and Implement Strategy:
- Create and execute a data-driven social media strategy that aligns with the company's marketing goals.
- Identify target audiences and tailor content to engage them effectively.
2. Content Creation:
- Produce engaging content (visual, written, and video) showcasing travel destinations, tips, and services.
- Manage a consistent posting schedule to maintain an active and engaging social presence.
3. Community Management:
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews across platforms to build and nurture a loyal online community.
- Monitor conversations and trends related to travel and tourism to enhance audience engagement.
4. Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote travel packages, offers, and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support seasonal and thematic campaigns.
5. Analytics and Reporting:
- Track and analyze key performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics and native platform insights.
- Prepare regular performance reports and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
6. Collaboration:
- Work closely with the design and content teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Partner with influencers and travel bloggers to amplify brand reach and credibility.
7. Trend Spotting:
- Stay updated with emerging social media trends, platforms, and best practices in the travel and tourism industry.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in the travel/tourism or lifestyle industry.
- Proven track record of growing brand presence and engagement on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
- Strong creative skills with proficiency in design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite) and familiarity with video editing software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Passion for travel and storytelling.
