We are seeking skilled and creative Social Media Managers to join our dynamic team. As a Social Media Manager, you will play a key role in driving the online presence of multiple brands, helping them engage with their audiences, and achieving marketing goals through well-executed social media strategies. If you are passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and brand communication, this role is perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee social media accounts for a variety of brands, ensuring consistent messaging and daily engagement across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and more.
- Develop and curate engaging, high-quality content, including images, videos, and copy, that aligns with each brand’s voice, objectives, and target audience.
- Create and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility, grow followers, and increase engagement rates.
- Conduct regular social media performance analyses, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights to track campaign success and optimize strategies.
- Engage directly with followers, responding to comments, questions, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on current social media trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to ensure the brands remain competitive in the digital space.
- Prepare and present detailed social media management reports and insights to clients, identifying areas for improvement and proposing new strategies to drive results.
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to ensure social media content aligns with broader advertising campaigns and brand goals.
- Monitor competitors’ social media activities and industry trends to keep brands ahead in their respective markets.
- Coordinate paid social media campaigns, including budgeting, targeting, and performance tracking, to ensure maximum ROI.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for businesses.
- Experience working in an advertising agency is a strong advantage.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, analytics, and tools.
- Proven ability to create and implement social media strategies that drive brand growth.
- Excellent communication, content creation, and organizational skills.
