Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute Social Media strategies for clients.
• Curate and publish content across clients’ various social media platforms.

• Manage and oversee clients’ Social Media accounts.

• Generate monthly social media reports for all clients.
• Coordinate, execute, and assess the effectiveness of diverse social media campaigns and strategies.

• Engage with followers, promptly respond to inquiries, and monitor customer reviews.
• Collaborate with the team to brainstorm campaigns, content ideas, and strategies.

• Stay abreast of the latest Social Media best practices, trends, applications, and technologies.
• Conduct research on current benchmark trends and audience preferences.
• Utilize Social Media marketing tools such as Metricool, Buffer, etc.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Communications lead, Content Creator, and Graphic Designers to ensure informative, appealing content and brand consistency across all clients.
• Monitor SEO and user engagement, providing suggestions for content optimization.
• Create and manage budgets for proposed or managed Social Media activities.

Requirements:
• A Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field.
• Profound understanding and passion for the Digital Marketing landscape, encompassing platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, X, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, blogs, etc.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing social media accounts for brands.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
• Clear and concise communication skills across departments.
• Genuine passion for marketing and communications.
