Key Responsibilities
Event Management:
• Organize and manage digital events such as webinars and live streams.
• Liaise with speakers from our existing network and identify new speakers on specific topics.
• Ensure events align with Lithe’s themes and strategic goal.
Social Media Management:
• Own and manage Lithe Transformation’s social media channels, focusing on LinkedIn.
• Create and schedule daily posts, including animated and video content.
• Drive engagement through culturally aware, timely, and relevant content.
• Monitor and report on social media performance weekly.
Website Content Ownership:
• Oversee all website content, ensuring it is up-to-date, relevant, and aligned with company goals.
• Where needed, improve existing copy, content, including case studies, employee stories, thought leadership articles, and blog posts.
• Optimize content design and layout, ensuring consistency with our design language.
• Implement simple HTML tweaks when needed.
Content Creation:
• Develop a content agenda in collaboration with the business development team.
• Write and publish 2-3 articles weekly on new and existing themes, with a quick turnaround.
• Create original designs and adapt templates for banners fitting into our style guides, imagery, and animations using tools like Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Improve designs of Google Sheets presentations for team members on the fly.
• Ensure all content is consistent with British English and culturally relevant for Middle East, Europe, and UK audiences.
Required Skills and Experience
• Proven experience in social media management, website content, and event organization.
• Super proficient with large language model tools such as ChatGPT agents and prompt writing, teaching others in the company how to use it.
• Proficiency in design tools like Canva, Photoshop, and InDesign and others.
• Digital design as well as some light DTP for print (business cards, promotional articles, etc).
• Basic knowledge of HTML and website platforms like Squarespace.
• Strong writing and editing skills in British English.
• Ability to create and manage animated and video content.
• Cultural awareness, particularly for Middle Eastern, European, and UK markets.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to work independently.
Key Metrics and Outcomes
• Weekly online events organisation and promotion with clear KPIs on attendance.
• Quick turnaround for thought leadership articles (2-3 per week) some based on internal interviews, some based on previous webinars.
• Consistent daily social media posts and engagement growth.
• Increased website trac and webinar attendance.
• Weekly reporting on key performance indicators.
Working Conditions
• Location: Fully remote, open to candidates in different timezones who can work as individual contractors.
• Weekly Workload: flexible outcome oriented, flexible on hours, self manage your time yet be available during core UK hours.
• Time Zone: Availability during 9–5 UK time and align on UK bank holidays.
• Contract: Freelance with a notice period.
• Start Date: As soon as possible.
• Tools: Access to necessary software licenses will be provided.
