The overall objective of this contract is to improve access to electricity, in particular in rural areas.

Qualifications:

• Graduate with a B.A Social Sciences, Social Work and Administration from a recognized University;
• Postgraduate in Sociology, Project Planning and Management, Monitoring and Evaluation of any other related but relevant field

General professional experience:

• Must have a minimum of six (6) years’ experience in environmental and social analysis of infrastructure projects including transmission lines and distribution networks.

Specific professional experience:

• Must have participated in the implementation of environmental and social management plans and resettlement action plans on ground for at least three (3) similar projects in the last five (5) years.

Language skills:

• Should be fluent in English and proficient in writing
