Job Summary

Under the guidance of the Project Manager, the Site Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the activities that take place on the worksite on any given workday.

Key Duties and Responsibilities  

• He or she will be responsible for managing air conditioner installation projects from start to the completion of the project.
• You will lead a team of technicians, work with them and supervise them to ensure full completion of the project.
• He or she must be technical whereby you can do the work of installation and repairs.
• He or she must be able to install, repair and diagnose faults in air conditioning.
• Ensure health and safety measures are in place and to the required standard.

Job requirements

• Minimum Qualification: Bachelor
• Proven experience as a site supervisor with minimum of 3 years of experience.
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Knowledge of safety and regulatory standards
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent time-management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
