JOB DETAILS:
Job Summary
The Site Engineer- Concrete Works will be responsible to overseeing and managing all aspects of concrete works on construction projects. This includes planning, coordination, and supervision of the concrete-related activities to ensure the project meets quality standards, stays within budget, and is completed on time.

Roles and Responsibilities.
• Assist the Site Manager- Structural works.
• Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean.

• Supervising and coordinating subcontractors on site.

• Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available.

• Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvements on particular projects.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment needs are required.

• Giving technical support to procurement to ensure the best contracts.
• Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans

• Drawing up work schedules and communicating any adjustments to crew members and clients.
• Gathering data, compiling reports, and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders.

• Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions were required.
• Completing quality assurance and providing feedback to the team.

Qualifications, Experience, and Skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Valid Registration with ERB may be required
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in concrete works on construction projects.
• Experience in Oil and gas projects is an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Leadership and Organizational skills
• Project Management skills
• Ability to apply logical and critical thinking skills to projects.
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Willingness to learn
