About Us:

Prolific Innovations Limited is a youth-led social enterprise committed to empowering smallholder farmers across Uganda. We strive to make agriculture more profitable and sustainable through the provision of cost-effective agricultural products and innovative solutions that improve livelihoods and promote environmental conservation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales: Engage customers professionally, promote and explain products, process sales transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stock Management: Receive and unpack merchandise, arrange and display products neatly, monitor inventory levels, and report shortages promptly.
• Shop Maintenance: Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the shop, including dusting, sweeping, and ensuring an inviting display area.
• Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries, provide guidance on product use, and build lasting relationships with clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Certificate in Agriculture or a related field (a Certificate in Agriculture with relevant experience will also be considered).
• Strong passion for sustainable agriculture and commitment to supporting smallholder farmers.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous experience in retail or customer service is an added advantage.
