Job summary
We are looking for a smart, outgoing, and fast-learning Shop Assistant to join our auto key service store. This role is not only traditional shop work, but focuses on customer communication, business coordination, and online video marketing. The candidate will grow with our store and master auto key industry knowledge step by step.
Job descriptions & requirements
Key Responsibilities
1. Customer Service & On-site Coordination (Core Duty)
• Receive and greet walk-in customers politely
• Listen to customer demands for car key duplication, remote programming, car unlock, and lock repair services
• Explain service items, price, and working process clearly
• Follow up customer orders, coordinate with technicians to ensure smooth service delivery
• Handle daily customer consultation, feedback, and simple after-sales communication
2. Fast Learning of Auto Key Professional Knowledge
• Quickly learn basic knowledge of car keys, remote controls, and vehicle lock systems
• Memorize common service types and product features
• Be able to independently introduce services and answer basic customer questions after training
• Cooperate with technicians to sort key tools and finished orders
3. Online Marketing & Short Video Shooting (Important Extra Duty)
• Shoot simple real-store short videos: car key making process, unlock cases, store service scenes
• Record daily service cases for Facebook, WhatsApp status, and social media promotion
• Assist in editing simple videos, posting content, and replying to online inquiries
• Help expand online customer sources and improve store popularity
4. Daily Store Operation
• Keep the store clean, tidy, and well-displayed
• Sort products, tools, and daily inventory checking
• Assist in daily sales registration and simple cashier work
Job Requirements
1. Basic English listening and speaking ability, able to communicate with local customers fluently
2. Outgoing, patient, good at customer communication and coordination
3. Fast learning ability, willing to learn auto key and car lock professional knowledge
4. Interested in social media, willing to shoot videos, and do online marketing
5. Honest, responsible, stable at work
6. No prior auto key experience required — we provide full training
