Role: Sr. Technical Consultant / Business Process Consultant

Location: Remote - EMEA

Term: Part-time

Scope:

• CSM - Experienced resource with strong CSM background, French speaking
• FSM - Experienced resource with strong FSM background
• ITOM + GenAI - Expert with Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management and GenAI
• ITAM - Expert with HAM and SAM
• BCM - Develop the BCM stories and potentially assist to some of the workshops
• IRM - Technical Consultant to support the customer on IRM implementation
