KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Receive and inspect customer vehicles upon arrival

Confirm all services are completed before vehicle handover

Supervise and coordinate car wash staff

Ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction

Monitor daily operations and maintain service quality

Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 3 years' experience in the car wash industry

Strong leadership and team management skills

Excellent communication customer service skills

Attention to detail and commitment to quality

Ability to work under pressure and multitask
