JOB DETAILS:

The role requires a results-oriented individual with strong leadership, operational, and customer service skills to ensure efficient repair processes, effective inventory control, and superior customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage repair intake, job card documentation, and technician assignments.
  • Monitor daily operations, reports, and KPIs.
  • Handle customer communication, updates, and after-service feedback.
  • Oversee spare parts ordering, stock levels, and petty cash management.
  • Lead, mentor, and evaluate the performance of service staff.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (6+ years) in service centre or technical operations management.
  • Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
