Job Summary: Exquisite Solution Limited is seeking an enthusiastic Service Centre Advisor – Kitgum to join our client in the telecom sector. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, supporting daily service centre operations, and ensuring seamless customer experience.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality customer service to ensure excellent customer experience within the Service Centre.
- Support the Service Centre Manager in daily operations, including implementation of control procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and guidance on products and services to customers.
- Escalate complex issues through appropriate channels to ensure timely resolution.
- Monitor compliance with Service Centre standards, operational guidelines, and coordinate third-party service providers.
- Assist with administrative duties, performance reporting, and manpower coordination across the cluster.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent active listening skills with a customer-focused approach.
- Proven ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in computer applications; experience with CRM systems is an added advantage.
