About The Role

This a key strategic role within the Transformation Office to develop, implement and manage the Corporation’s transformation value and benefits realisation framework. You will drive the successful delivery of value from our transformation initiatives through high quality business / financial / commercial analysis.

You will also support transparent and rigorous oversight of the performance of transformative initiatives across time, cost and quality parameters with appropriate and timely interventions as required. This role is based in our Leederville office and will be reporting to the Manager – TxO Portfolio Performance within the Transformation PMO.

What The Role Will Involve

  • Evaluate transformation project business cases, testing validity of investments and benefits/value including assumptions and benefit baselines.
  • Drive the development and implementation of a benefits framework which provides structure for benefits identification, mapping (strategy to business case objectives) and benefits realisation.
  • Provides visibility and insights on the overall performance of the transformation portfolio from all aspects of time, cost and quality including impacts on benefits, corporate objectives and our strategic goals.
  • Support strategic deep dives, reviews and independent diagnostics ranging from individual initiatives through to whole of organisation challenges and opportunities.
  • Implement and maintain benefits reporting to ensure effective co-ordination of multi-disciplined projects.

Key Skills And Experience

To be successful in the role you will:

  • Have experience in investment management, commercial analysis and / or benefits realisation (frameworks and its application including non-dollar based benefits)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence Senior Leaders to operate in a new way
  • Ability to translate strategic outcomes and risk into quantifiable benefits and KPIs
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyse complex data to draw meaningful insights
  • Synthesise information into powerful presentations for Executives and Senior Leader stakeholder groups
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, finance or related disciplines. Chartered Accountancy / CPA qualifications will be highly regarded
  • Prior experience in Management Consulting will be highly beneficial.
