About Ntakye Holdings:

Ntakye, a Ugandan-based agribusiness, leads the way in producing sustainable protein sources and crops while preserving the environment. Our entrepreneurial efforts have diversified to include piloting smart farming technologies such as battery and solar-operated knapsack sprayers and solar-powered milking equipment.

Job Summary:

The Team Lead will manage projects, maintain relationships with partners, oversee revenue generation, and handle human resources. This role requires excellent communication, regular reporting, and data analysis. A keen interest in agriculture is important.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project & Partnership Management: Oversee projects and maintain partner relationships.
  • Revenue Generation: Liaise with sales and marketing to manage sales of solar equipment, coffee, and rabbit products.
  • Human Resources: Ensure staff welfare and manage HR issues.
  • Communication: Build communication channels with team members.
  • Reporting: Compile, monthly reports on financial performance, HR, marketing, and operations. Prepare mid-year and end-of-year reports.
  • Data Analysis: Work with the data team to collect and analyze impact data quarterly.
  • Document Management: Manage and track digital documents with support from Admin and Finance teams.
  • On-Site Presence: Spend a minimum of three days per month at the primary farm production site.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Agriculture, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Experience: 5+ years in project management, preferably in agriculture or renewable energy.
  • Skills: Strong project management, communication, leadership, and digital document management skills.
  • Attributes: Proactive, interested in agriculture and renewable energy, eager to learn, and committed to sustainable development.
