POSITION: Senior Sales Manager-Small and Medium Enterprise Loans Product (1 Vacancy)

Platinum Credit is a leading Regional Micro Finance Company providing emergency loans to employed individuals in Africa. The company has a wide spread branch network in Uganda and offers various products including; Civil Servant Loans, Logbook Finance Loans, SME Loans and Private Sector loans among others.

Job details:
To provide leadership for building, growing and maintaining a high-quality portfolio of SME loans in line with Platinum Credit Uganda Ltd strategy and objectives for the SME Branch assigned to you.

Key duties/responsibilities:
• Develop and implement strategies to consistently achieve portfolio growth and quality targets.
• Design and execute marketing and sales plans that drive individual, team, and business unit performance.
• Lead recruitment efforts to build a dynamic, target-driven sales team aligned with growth objectives.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
• Oversee regular training and capability development for the sales team.
• Develop and implement staff retention strategies to foster engagement and reduce turnover.
• Champion customer satisfaction by ensuring adherence to the company’s customer service charter.

Required Qualifications and Work Experience:
• 5 Years proven experience in sales leadership and team development.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Tools.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
