Job Title: Senior Sales Manager
Reports to: CEO .
Job purpose:
• Strategy: plan and develop creative sales strategies that are focused on consumer satisfaction and revenue generation.
• Review the existent sales strategies and Design new improvement strategies
• Analytics: conducting research and analyse market trends to aid on decision making
• Identifying opportunities in the market and understanding the market and competitive environment.
• Relationship: development and maintenance of relationships.
• Knowledge and Opportunity: identify and develop new market opportunities for the business.
• Collaboration: play a collaborative role, partnering up with the finance department to ensure availability of sufficient funds
Education: BBA, Business Management, Marketing, or any other related filed
Experience: At least 5 years in a sales position within edible oils manufacturing industry, preferably as a Sales Manager.
