Founded in 1981, the household brand has served Uganda for over 45 years, producing everything from exercise books and office stationery to specialized security printing services.
Job Summary: the incumbent will be responsible for driving property sales, generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding the company’s real estate portfolio and enhancing customer satisfaction.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, and direct sales initiatives.
- Market and sell residential and commercial real estate properties.
- Conduct property presentations, site visits, and client consultations.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property solutions.
- Negotiate and successfully close property sales transactions.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Legal, and Administration departments to facilitate smooth sales processes.
- Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM updates.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Monthly and quarterly sales target achievement.
- Number of property units sold.
- Lead generation and conversion rates.
- Revenue growth and profitability.
- Number of client meetings, site visits, and follow-ups conducted.
- Customer satisfaction and retention levels.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience:
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years’ experience in real estate sales or a related sales environment.
- Strong understanding of the local real estate market.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities
