JOB DETAILS:

Duties

  • Showcase VAAL properties to potential clients; build relationships to meet sales targets.
  • Build/maintain clients via calls, site visits, emails, presentations.
  • Proactively identify new clients, initiate follow-ups, close sales.
  • Maintain quality client relationships.
  • Provide feedback to marketing and sales to enhance customer experience.
  • Identify new campaign opportunities and sales prospects.
  • Follow up on leads, match customers to properties, close sales.
  • Attend exhibitions to meet new/existing clients.
  • Manage and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Identify barriers to customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct follow-ups and frequent visits to ensure customer intimacy.
  • Research sales data and property trends.
  • Maintain accurate data and paperwork (client info, activity reports, contracts, offers).
  • Enter relevant info into CRM system by end of each business day.
