Reddy’s Pharma Limited is a pharmaceutical manufacturer and distributor based in Kampala, Uganda. Established in 2000, it specializes in importing life-saving drugs and manufacturing products such as medical masks and antiseptics.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in any of the following:
• Chemistry
• Industrial Chemistry
• Chemical Engineering
• Pharmaceutical Sciences
• Industrial Technology
• Or any related scientific field
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare manufacturing.
• At least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of production processes and quality compliance.
• ESSENTIAL SKILLS
• Strong knowledge of;
• Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Deviation Management
• CAPA Management
• Investigation Management
• Production Planning & Process Monitoring
• Team Leadership & Supervision
