Position Summary:
The Senior Pre-Sales Engineer will collaborate with the sales team to create customized technical solutions, provide cost modelling for project bids, and ensure client engagement through the development of comprehensive proposals and designs.
Key responsibilities:

  • Design and develop technical proposals, Bills of Quantities (BoQs), and solution designs tailored to customer needs.
  • Conduct Excel-based cost modelling to ensure accurate and competitive project bids.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team during client presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with customers to understand requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Ensure proposed solutions align with client expectations, feasibility, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Manage the end-to-end pre-sales process from customer engagement to final proposal submission.
  • Assist in project scoping and provide technical clarifications during the sales cycle.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to support sales and marketing initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solution design, or technical sales support.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel for cost modelling and financial analysis.
  • Experience in developing technical solutions and proposals for complex projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-facing skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
