At Ndejje Career Development is a collective effort and is done at departmental / faculty level. Students interact freely with teaching and non teaching staff during and after their tenure at the University for Guidance, professional assistance, job placements, among others.

Employment terms: 4 years contract, 1 (Salary Scale NDU 5)

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Administration of all academic matters relating to students and academic
  staff including Examinations, Research, Publications and Graduation
• In charge of Planning and Developments of Academic Programs and
  ensuring quality education provision
• In charge of curriculum development and review

Person Specification

• An Honors Bachelor’s degree and Master’s degree in related field from a
  recognized Institution of Higher Learning. A PhD in related field will be an added advantage.
•  3 years teaching experience and Research, with at least three (3)
  publications in a recognized academic journal in the area of specialization.
• Experience in Curriculum development, teaching, research and
  publication
• Should have supervised at least 3 graduate students.
