Job Summary:

The Senior Lecturer in Social Research Methods will teach and conduct research in research methodologies, data analysis, and sociological inquiry. The role involves supervising research students and contributing to the development of advanced research methods courses.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Instruction
   • Teach undergraduate and postgraduate courses in Social Research Methods.
   • Design and implement innovative teaching techniques for data analysis.
2. Research & Publications
   • Conduct research in social methodologies and publish findings.
   • Participate in international conferences and workshops on research methods.
3. Student Supervision & Mentorship
   • Supervise postgraduate research projects.
   • Train students in qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
4. Program Development
   • Assist in revising research methods curricula.
   • Integrate modern digital tools and software for research analysis.
5. University & Community Engagement
   • Engage with research institutes and think tanks.
   • Contribute to faculty decision-making and mentorship programs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• A PhD in Sociology or Social Research Methods.
• At least 3 years of university teaching experience.
• A strong research portfolio with publications in peer-reviewed journals.
• Expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
