Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management
- Certification from nationally recognized HR body
- Minimum 3 years of progressive HR management and at least 1 year of a senior leadership role
- In-depth understanding of both Ugandan and international labor laws
- Strong leadership skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepare and maintain accurate weekly attendance records for staff and casual workers, ensuring timely and precise reporting.
- Compile and process monthly payrolls, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
- Prepare and distribute monthly pay slips for all employees, addressing any discrepancies promptly.
- Organize and manage timetables and shift schedules for casual workers to ensure operational efficiency and coverage.
- Assist in aligning HR administrative processes with the company’s current and future business objectives, including maintaining accurate employee records and supporting HR initiatives.
- Perform general HR administrative duties, such as updating employee databases, filing documents, and responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll and scheduling.
- Ensure all administrative processes adhere to company policies and legal requirements, providing reports as needed.
