• Responsibilities:
o Support the Chief Finance Officer in managing the district's financial operations.
o Assist in budget preparation, monitoring, and implementation.

o Ensure timely financial reporting and adherence to accounting standards.
o Monitor revenue collection and expenditure control within the district.
o Supervise finance staff and provide mentorship where needed.

• Qualifications:
o A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
o Professional certifications such as CPA or ACCA are an added advantage.
o At least 3 years of experience in financial management.

o Knowledge of government financial systems and reporting frameworks.
