JOB DETAILS:
Steadman Global is looking for a skilled and dynamic Senior Associate to join our consulting team. In this role, you will support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives that align with our clients’ overall business objectives, focusing on driving innovation, quality, and operational excellence. This position calls for an experienced professional with a strong background in consulting, business analysis, project, and People management.

Your key responsibilities are:
• Preparation of Budding Documents (business proposals, EOIs)
• Actively participate in client pitches and presentations, helping to grow the firm’s client
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the firm’s market growth strategy.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Stakeholder Management (Ensuring Client’s needs and Objectives are met).
• Lead and manage consulting projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope and on budget.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, assigning tasks and ensuring collaboration to meet project goals.
• Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges that affect the client’s business.
• Design innovative solutions to complex business challenges, providing actionable

• Guide the team, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to projects.
• Prepare quality reports and presentations to update clients and internal leadership on project progress and key findings.

Job Requirements
• A master’s in business administration, MSC Economics, or Economic Policy and Development is strongly Preferred.
• Six – Ten (6-10) years of working experience in a Consultancy Firm/ Similar Enterprise.
• Proven quantitative, analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Excellent client interaction skills, collaborative work style, and strong interpersonal and team skills.
• Experience managing Large Consulting Projects.
• Excellent Writing Skills with Evidence of reports written and approved.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
• Ability to design and develop technical reference documentation for project work plans, guidelines, standards, procedures, and processes that meet the clients’ needs.
• Ability to identify key issues, analyze data, and make recommendations to address
• Willingness to travel on short notice around Africa for Firm Projects.
