Senior Architect – Maldives
Our client is seeking an experienced Senior Architect to lead hospitality, villa, and residential projects in the Maldives. The ideal candidate must have a strong architectural background with a proven track record of managing projects valued at over $100 million USD. Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design and oversee high-end hospitality, villa, and residential projects.
• Develop detailed architectural drawings and 3D models using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Collaborate with project teams, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless execution.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, sustainability, and design standards.
Requirements
Qualifications & Experience:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture.
• Extensive experience in hospitality, villa, or residential projects exceeding $100 million USD.
• Expertise in AutoCAD and Revit.
• Strong design, project management, and coordination skills.
