Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Assist in maintaining and updating financial records for the district.
2. Prepare financial statements and reports for auditing and decision-making.
3. Support in preparing budgets and monitoring expenditure.
4. Reconcile accounts and ensure proper management of district funds.
5. Verify payment claims and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
1. A diploma in Accounting or Finance from a recognized institution.
2. Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks or Tally.
3. At least 2 years of experience in accounting or financial management.
4. Good knowledge of government financial regulations.
