JOB DETAILS:

• • Handle the cash box related to foreign currencies.
  • Perform spot counts of cashbox and petty cash.
  • Take necessary action in case of unjustified variances between cash on hand and SOA.
  • Approve on Petty cash replenishment amount (Branches and POS).
  • Confirm on the cash amount to be collected from POS or Bank for replenishment.
  • Approve and sign on petty cash and cashbox payments.
  • Specify the source (bank) and mode of payment (cash, check, transfer).
  • Review and sign the reconciliations related to Banks, Suppliers, Branches and Sister Companies.
  • Approve fixed assets documentation and control for running depreciation.
  • Run stock evaluation and record related transactions on accounting system.
  • Check all closing steps to ensure are properly prepared and reconciled.
  • Initiate financial statements for analysis.
  • Analyze balance sheet and income statements.
  • Review the payroll prepared by HR department.
  • Prepare control report for accounting tasks.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
• Master’s degree or specialized certifications are a plus
• Proficiency in English, French is a plus

• Minimum 6–7 years of relevant experience in accounting roles, with proven leadership and analytical skills
