Security Supervisor at Spytech International Security Ltd

Spytech International Security Ltd, a leading provider of professional security services, is urgently seeking competent, disciplined, and experienced Security Supervisors to join our dedicated operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise, coordinate, and monitor security guards at assigned sites to ensure effective deployment and adherence to company policies.
2. Conduct daily site inspections and ensure all security equipment and systems are operational.
3. Prepare and submit timely reports on incidents, attendance, and operational matters.
4. Train, mentor, and guide security guards to maintain high standards of discipline and performance.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Minimum of UCE; UACE or Diploma/Degree in any field is an added advantage.
• Previous supervisory experience in security operations is mandatory.
• Strong leadership, communication, and reporting skills.
• Physically fit, disciplined, and able to work under minimal supervision.
