Job Summary
The Security Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing security policies and procedures to ensure the safety of the company’s staff, assets, and facilities. The role involves supervising security personnel, managing risk, and responding to security incidents.
Salary: UGX 600,000 - 1,500,000 (Gross Monthly) + Performance Bonus

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Supervise and manage security guards and daily security operations.
  • Monitor and control access to company premises.
  • Conduct regular security assessments and risk analysis to prevent theft,pilferage and internal losses
  • Investigate security incidents and prepare reports.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and security regulations.
  • Coordinate emergency response procedures when required.
  • Liaise with law enforcement and other security agencies when necessary.

Requirements
  • Experience in factory/industrial security
  • Strong discipline and authority
  • Physically fit for shift and night supervision
  • Zero tolerance for negligence
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
