Our client is seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of their tenants, guests, and property within their apartments and event gardens. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring access, deterring incidents, and responding to emergencies.

Job Description

• Monitor premises through patrols, CCTV, and access control systems
• Control entry of tenants, visitors, vendors, and event guests
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and incidents
• Maintain incident logs and submit reports to the Operations Manager
• Provide security and crowd control during events
• Ensure adherence to company security procedures and policies
• Collaborate with local authorities in case of serious security breaches

Job Requirements

• Certificate in security training or related field
• Experience as a security guard in residential or hospitality environments
• Physical fitness, vigilance, and integrity
• Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
