Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular patrols of the premises to ensure a visible security presence.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to detect and respond to security threats.
• Maintain access control by verifying the identity of individuals and ensuring authorized entry.
• Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, and requests for assistance.
• Perform thorough checks of doors, windows, and gates to ensure they are secure.
• Report any suspicious activities, incidents, or safety hazards to the appropriate authorities.
• Assist employees, visitors, and contractors by answering questions and providing directions.
• Complete detailed and accurate incident reports for all security-related activities.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on security protocols and procedures.

Education, Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Security Guard or relevant position.
• Valid Security Guard License or certification as required by local regulations.
• Strong observational and surveillance skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Knowledge of legal guidelines for area security and public safety.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a secure environment.
