Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Erect and dismantle  scaffolding structures for construction projects.
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety compliance.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements.
• Gain insights into the day-to-day responsibilities that define the role of a Scaffolder, contributing to the success of construction and maintenance projects.
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures safely and efficiently.
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Collaborate with construction teams to understand project requirements and provide necessary scaffolding support.
• Follow blueprints and construction plans to accurately position scaffolding.
• Ensure all safety measures are adhered to during scaffolding operations.
• Responsibilities
• Erect and dismantle scaffolding structures for construction projects.
• Inspect and maintain scaffolding equipment for safety compliance.
• Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding meets project requirements.
• Follow blueprints and construction plans for accurate positioning of scaffolding.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety measures during all scaffolding operations.

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Proven experience as a Scaffolder or in a similar role.
• Understanding of safety regulations and protocols.
• Physical fitness and the ability to work at heights.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
