• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in deposit mobilization.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including members of CMS, strategic partners, and regulatory bodies.
• Manage the budget and resources for the deposit mobilization team and ensure that activities are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know-Your-Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Proven experience in deposit mobilization, agency banking, or related roles within the financial services sector.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to analyze market trends and develop effective strategies
