Key Responsibilities:

1. Savings and Investment Mobilization:

• Develop and implement strategies to attract new savings clients and grow the deposit base.
• Promote investment products and educate clients on their benefits.
• Lead initiatives to cross-sell savings and investment products to existing customers.

2. Product Management:

• Monitor and evaluate the performance of savings and investment products.
• Identify market trends and provide feedback for product improvement or new product development.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards for savings and investments.

3. Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain relationships with customers to understand their savings and investment needs.
• Resolve client issues and queries promptly and professionally.
• Conduct customer education programs to increase awareness of financial literacy and investment opportunities.

4. Team Supervision and Performance Management:

• Supervise savings and investment officers, setting clear targets and ensuring they meet performance goals.
• Provide coaching and training to team members to improve their product knowledge and sales skills.
• Prepare and submit performance reports to management.

5. Sales and Marketing:

• Develop and execute campaigns to promote savings and investment products.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and organize outreach events.
• Meet or exceed monthly and annual savings and investment targets.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

• Track savings and investment product performance and prepare detailed reports for management.
• Analyze client data to identify opportunities for portfolio growth and risk management.
• Ensure accurate documentation of savings and investment transactions.

Qualifications and Experience:

• A Minimum of a Diploma in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services, with a focus on savings and investments.
• Proven track record in sales and team leadership.
