General Responsibilities: (See below responsibilities for departmental requirements)

• Primary area of focus - SAP solutions per departmental and company needs

• Develop and deliver SAP  and MM applications solutions to fulfill business requirements.

• Working with SAP SD and MM End Users for troubleshooting, training, and requirements gathering.

• Executing Configuration changes in SAP SD and MM

• Writing a functional requirement document, by working with end users to gather requirements.

• Develop thorough definition of SAP interfaces with third party systems

• Provide techno functional leadership and guidance to project teams

• Lead techno functional solution and architecture documents, artifacts, work products and presentations

• Participate in evaluation of new ERP related functionality or software

• Develop and foster collaborative working relationships with the business, project managers and team members

FINANCE

Candidates should have;

• 4-5 years experience in the field of Finance or a related field

• 2-3 SAP experience as a SAP FICO, SAP FICO consultant

• Knowledge in handling account receivables, account payables, asset management, costing, cost accountant

• CPA qualification

Good SAP FICO Module Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in account/finance/CPA or related field.

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

MATERIALS MANAGEMENT

Candidates should have;

• 4-5 years experience in materials management

• 2-3 SAP experience as a SAP MM, SAP MM consultant

• Good knowledge of  procurement, inventory management, commercials, store management

• Good SAP MM Module Knowledge is a must-have requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in procurement and inventory management or Procurement and supply chain.

• Experience procurement, Store, and Inventory or related field

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.

• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

• Experience in supply chain management and logistics

PROJECT SYSTEMS

Candidates should have;

• 4-5 years experience in project management

• 2-3 SAP experience as a  SAP PS, SAP PS consultant in project management systems

• Knowledge  in  handling account receivables, account payables, asset management, costing, cost accountant

• CPA qualification

IT DEPARTMENT

Candidates should have;

• 4-5 years’ experience in IT management or a related field

• Knowledge of Computer management, computer science, network administration, UNIX, user training, CISCO

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science

• Basic Knowledge of Hardware Installation and configuration i.e. Computers, Network Switches, Access      Points, Firewall, Networking

• Working experience in Manufacturing organization

• Hands-on experience in Users Training, Local installation and Hardware management, Master data creation

• Knowledge about UNIX

• Strong communication skills.

• Proficiency  in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

PLANT MAINTENANCE 

Candidates should have;

4-5 years experience with 2-3 years SAP experience as  SAP PM, SAP PM consultant in plant maintenance, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering

• Good SAP PM Module Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in mechanical/electrical engineering  or related field.

• Experience in  procurement, Store, and Inventory or related field

• Strong communication skills.

• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

• 4-5 years experience, 2-3 SAP experience as a  SAP QM/QA, SAP QM/QA consultant, quality management, quality assurance, textile,  or quality supervisor

• Good SAP QM Module Knowledge

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile.

• Experience Quality Assurance system in textile industry

• Strong communication skills.

4-5 years experience in the paper industry with  2-3 SAP experience as a SAP QM/QA, SAP QM/QA consultant, quality management, quality assurance, paper industry, or  quality supervisor

o Bachelor’s degree in production and operation.

o Experience Quality Assurance system in paper conversion industry

o Strong communication skills.

o Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.

4-5 years experience in sales and distribution with  2-3 years  SAP experience as a SAP SD, SAP SD consultant in sales and distribution, and marketing
