Role Description

The insurance Salesperson will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating sales leads, and maintaining customer relationships. The individual will also conduct product presentations, negotiate contracts, and work towards achieving sales targets. Additionally, the role involves understanding customer needs and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Experience in Sales, Business Development, and Customer Relationship Management
• Strong Communication, Persuasion, and Negotiation Skills
• Ability to conduct Market Research and Analysis
• Knowledge of Sales Techniques and Strategies
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
