Job Overview:
Sofdas Technologies Ltd. is seeking two motivated sales representatives for a commission-based role, with monthly allowances during a 3-month probation period. Successful candidates will transition to a fixed salary and benefits after the probation period.

Compensation Structure:
• First 3 Months (Probation): Commission-based earnings plus monthly allowances.
• Post-Probation: Full employee status with a fixed salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire, and manage new client accounts to meet sales targets.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

• Present and promote company products/services effectively.

Requirements:
• Minimum of a Diploma in Business Administration or a related field.
• Proven sales experience, preferably in B2B sales.
• Proficiency in computer use with high typing speed.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Background experience in working for a software company.
• Experience within the software industry is an added advantage.
